This guide provides details of each available benefit. Please thoroughly review your options so you can make the most informed decisions.

This is the only time during the year that you are able to make changes to your benefits unless you experience a Qualifying Life Event. ​
NEW EMPLOYEES
As a new employee, you must enroll in benefits within 45 days of your date of hire. If you do not enroll within 45 days, you will need to wait until the next open enrollment period to enroll.
CURRENT EMPLOYEES
Open enrollment is the only time during the year that you can change your benefits unless you experience a qualifying life event. During the open enrollment period, you have the opportunity to newly enroll in coverage and/or make changes to your current coverage. Any changes you make during open enrollment become effective January 1st
ONLINE ENROLLMENT
Benefits enrollment is completed online through the UKG website at https://secure7.saashr.com/ta/6207897.login?rnd=RJY&%40rtm=1.
In order to complete your enrollment, you need:
Dates of birth and social security numbers for yourself as well as any family members you are enrolling. If required, proof of eligibility for your spouse and dependent children (e.g., marriage license, birth certificate).
